THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to continuing growing order book, this consultancy is looking for a talented Senior Project Manager to deliver project management services to clients across multiple build sectors and project stages (pre and post construction). Their abilities at managing out risk and inefficiency and driving projects forward to deliver real value are essential elements of thier service and combine to produce exceptional results.
THE CANDIDATE
Experience and Skills Required:
- Consultancy design developments and construction project management experience
- Management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants
- Delivery of Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
- The ability to lead successful delivery of often more than one project
- Have experience working on projects within Property / Building – (any sector)
- Have experience of managing projects up to a value of £20 million
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills
- Manage client relationships

SALARY & PACKAGE
- Salary £45 – 60,000
- 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service
