What is Intelligent Recruitent
Charlton Recruitment (CR) was born and shaped from my 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. Having built and run a successful professional headhunting business in London for 11 years the time for change came. As with all things my circumstances and needs changed, my growing family with two young boys provided me with the opportunity and courage to sell my company and create my new brand of recruiting. It was certainly one of the best decisions I have ever made both personally and professionally.
CR started in July 2013, benefiting from a strong client base forged from my years in the industry. I knew I wanted to move away from my previous working practices, which, were based around very long hours and traditional methods of recruitment. I had to find a way to work smarter, a more intelligent way, which would continue to exceed my previous successes, but enable me to spend more time with my family. Over the past year I have created ‘Intelligent Recruiting’, which adopts 21st technology such as social media and other means of digital communication to complement traditional headhunting practices. The results have been truly astounding, exceeding all my expectations. It’s now time to grow and share this success with others.
I believe I have only just scratched the surface of what Intelligent Recruiting can achieve. It will have far reaching effects for the recruitment industry and will change working practices and the structure of successful recruitment agencies; Charlton Recruitment is mapping the future.
