THE OPPORTUNITY
They are actively looking to recruit a Project Manager at Associate Director level to join their Bristol office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership on projects, assistant with P&L and financial management for the office, be a pivotal part of the business development team and report directly into the Regional Director for the region.
THE CANDIDATE
Experience and Skills Required:
- Consultancy design developments and construction project management experience
- Management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants
- Delivery of Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
- The ability to lead successful delivery of often more than one project
- Have experience working on projects within Property / Building – (any sector)
- Have experience of managing projects up to a minimum of value of £20 million
- Have good communication and client facing skills
- Successfully manage client relationships, including business development

SALARY & PACKAGE
Salary £60 – 80,000- 26 days holiday, increasing with length of service
- Car allowance £5200
