Associate Director Project Management Opportunity based in Bristol working for one of the UK’s leading Property and Construction Consultancies.

Working on a mixture of public & private projects worth up to £300M for ground breaking clients including F1 Teams, motor manufacturers, Schools/Universities, residential (high end, student and local authority), healthcare, retail, infrastructure/airports, culture and sports.  They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some the regions highest profile developments. Values can range from small projects to large developments.

THE OPPORTUNITY
They are actively looking to recruit a Project Manager at Associate Director level to join their Bristol office. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership on projects, assistant with P&L and financial management for the office, be a pivotal part of the business development team and report directly into the Regional Director for the region.
 
THE CANDIDATE
Experience and Skills Required:
  • Consultancy design developments and construction project management experience
  • Management of multidisciplinary teams of internal and external design consultants
  • Delivery of Project Management services to clients across various sectors and project stages
  • The ability to lead successful delivery of often more than one project
  • Have experience working on projects within Property / Building – (any sector)
  • Have experience of managing projects up to a minimum of value of £20 million
  • Have good communication and client facing skills
  • Successfully manage client relationships, including business development

SALARY & PACKAGE
Salary £60 – 80,000
  • 26 days holiday, increasing with length of service
